Our lovely Grade II listed property was recently featured in Arch Life, a magazine produced by our landlords, The Arch Company. The article included a number of their unusual buildings and spaces that are part of their property portfolio, of which 27 St Dunstan’s Street is one.
In particular the piece focussed on our efforts to transform a building that had stood empty for 5 years into a studio gallery space and shop. Our efforts were also rewarded recently when we picked up a highly commended award by The Canterbury Society in its annual design awards. The judges praised our sensitive renovation of the property, which retains its ancient features and creates “an attractive shop which enhances the street scene, while adding to the retail offer of the area.”
