Golden Hour

Join us for a Golden Hour Session in the Yard on Saturday 27th July. Featuring live sets from renowned DJs, including Herman Mittens, Adam Oko, Liam Lancia, A-Jeb, DJ Moja and more.

FLOWER BRICK WORKSHOP with Rosa Bond

Flower bricks are a wonderful way to display flowers. Unlike most vases they are generally low and rectangular (brick shaped!) with multiple holes hand cut into the top to hold individual stems. They make flower arranging easy and are perfect for showing off smaller blooms from the garden.

Syd Arthur

Our first event of 2024 takes place in the Yard on Saturday 11th May. Featuring live music from renowned local musicians, including sets from Liam Magill and Josh Magill, both previously of Canterbury band, Syd Arthur.

The Yard at Platform: a versatile new event space for Canterbury

With a capacity of up to 120, our 50m long yard is perfectly suited for outdoor events and markets.

Recent events include live music, dj sessions, workshops, private views, yoga, life drawing and other classes. Please get in touch if there’s something you’d like us to offer or you are interested in using our space.

Sustainable

St Dunstan’s Street has a high density traffic flow and to offset some of the pollution, we are trying to make the yard as green and insect friendly as possible. We are planting containers to attract bees and butterflies, creating our own little wild space from what was once a disused yard.
